Rice Supreme

Rice Supreme

1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cans beef broth or consume
2 cans French onion soup
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
1 small can diced carrots
1 small can green peas
1 stick celery

Mix all ingredients in a 3 qt dish except carrots and peas. Add 1/2 stick butter, sliced on top.

Cover with foil and bake at 450 for 60-75 minutes. Half-way through, stir in carrots and peas.
